Anybody else feel like the energy of te MSN Group is gone because of the lack of automatic emails? Under normal circumstances I don't want every online place I got to to autosend a whole bunch of stuff to my email, but the daily digest emails were a bright spot in my day and it made visiting the site always present in my mind. So far the psot MSN Groups days are pretty dead in comparison to what it was.

energy gone? most definitely. i still, check travis' blog everyday. i built a button into my homepage so i can check pretty easily. but the lag time due to the slideshow components being loaded, is annoying. though there's not as much "action" as before from the MSN group, i still extremely appreciate that we travis fans have a direct connect to one of our favs. i did get "reamed" on ebay for his latest sketchbook (still worth it to me, since i couldn't make it to the con). so i think the lack of a "group" forum prevents the latest info from being dispensed as quickly as before. i requested info as to whether or not the sdcc books would be sold online to fans, but i'm sure travis was way too busy getting ready for the sdcc to adminstrate the blog. that's where i think eddy's role is precious. i also miss the feature where we could upload sketches that we've gotten, so we could share them with other fans. anyways, did anyone get a chance to go to the san diego comic con? how was it? and since i'm here (i totally forgot about this place until someone commented about it on travis' blog), if you're reading this, can you all give a shout out, as to who you are, and where you live? just curious as to who still checks out this forum. hope you're all doing well (Sedat!
